Description
Two songs for contralto (or soprano, or baritone) and piano, setting poetry by Daniela Nunnari based on WW2 public information posters: 'Make do and Mend' and 'Loose Lips Sink Ships' - but as with all propaganda we should not take the titles at face value: both poems are really love songs. 'Propaganda' was composed in 2012 and first performed by baritone Jeremy Huw Williams.
